End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and the licensor of Prima One. By installing or using the software, you accept this Agreement.

1. License grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use Prima One on the number of computers set out in your license, for personal or professional purposes.

2. Trial period

Without an activated license, the software runs in a free, limited trial period. Once the period ends, exporting remains locked until activation.

3. Restrictions

• You may not sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the software or the serial.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer or extract the artificial intelligence models, except where the law expressly permits it.
• You may not circumvent activation, the trial period or any other technical protection measures.

4. Open source components

Prima One includes third-party components distributed under their own licenses, listed in Open Source Licenses and Third-Party Notices. Nothing in this Agreement restricts the rights those licenses grant you.

5. Intellectual property

The software, the artificial intelligence models, the Prima One brand and its visual identity elements are protected by intellectual property rights and remain with their respective owners.

6. Updates

Updates may be made available at the licensor’s discretion and, once installed, become part of the software governed by this Agreement.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

8. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. In that case, you must stop using the software.

9. General provisions

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Support and communications about this Agreement go through the channels of the official website, primaone.app.

Contrato de Licença de Usuário Final

Este Contrato de Licença de Usuário Final (“Contrato”) é celebrado entre você e o licenciante do Prima One. Ao instalar ou usar o software, você aceita este Contrato.

1. Concessão de licença

É concedida a você uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva e intransferível para instalar e usar o Prima One no número de computadores previsto na sua licença, para fins pessoais ou profissionais.

2. Período de avaliação

Sem licença ativada, o software funciona em período de avaliação gratuito e limitado. Encerrado o período, a exportação permanece bloqueada até a ativação.

3. Restrições

• Não é permitido vender, alugar, sublicenciar ou distribuir o software ou o serial.
• Não é permitido descompilar, fazer engenharia reversa ou extrair os modelos de inteligência artificial, salvo quando a lei o autorizar expressamente.
• Não é permitido contornar a ativação, o período de avaliação ou outras medidas técnicas de proteção.

4. Componentes de código aberto

O Prima One inclui componentes de terceiros distribuídos sob as suas próprias licenças, listadas em Licenças de Código Aberto e Avisos de Terceiros. Nada neste Contrato restringe os direitos que essas licenças lhe concedem.

5. Propriedade intelectual

O software, os modelos de inteligência artificial, a marca Prima One e os seus elementos de identidade visual são protegidos por direitos de propriedade intelectual e permanecem com os respectivos titulares.

6. Atualizações

Atualizações podem ser disponibilizadas a critério do licenciante e, quando instaladas, passam a fazer parte do software regido por este Contrato.

7. Garantia e responsabilidade

O software é fornecido “no estado em que se encontra”, sem garantia de funcionamento ininterrupto ou livre de erros. Na extensão máxima permitida pela lei, a responsabilidade total do licenciante fica limitada ao valor pago pela licença.

8. Rescisão

Este Contrato termina automaticamente se você descumprir qualquer uma das suas condições. Nesse caso, o uso do software deve ser interrompido.

9. Disposições gerais

Se alguma cláusula for considerada inválida, as demais permanecem em vigor. O suporte e as comunicações sobre este Contrato acontecem pelos canais do site oficial, primaone.app.
